Abstract:
(EN) The present invention refers to a process for replacement of conventional processes of the art, providing remarked advantages when a shielded collector device is obtained. The shielded collector includes a copper/phenolic resin collector, locking means and stopping means and the corresponding process is divided into ten steps after which a lower cost high quality product is achieved due to automated steps from a round cross section electrolytic copper bar to a shielded collector device comprising a copper collector (12) coated with phenolic resin, locking means (9) and stopping means (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à la réalisation d'un dispositif collecteur blindé, qui présente des avantages notables par rapport aux procédés classiques. Ce dispositif comprend un collecteur à base de cuivre/résine phénolique, un système de verrouillage et un système d'arrêt. Le procédé, à dix étapes, donne un produit de qualité, moins onéreux, grâce au traitement automatique d'une barre de cuivre électrolytique de section transversale circulaire, sous forme de dispositif collecteur blindé comprenant: un collecteur en cuivre (12) revêtu de résine phénolique, un système de verrouillage (9) et un système d'arrêt (10).
