Abstract:
(EN) A controlled equilibrium device comprising a housing; at least one spring, each at least one spring having a spring stiffness; and a load levelling device movable through the housing between a first maximum displacement position and a second maximum displacement position, the load leveling device comprising a deadband displacement zone defined between a first deadband displacement threshold and a second deadband displacement threshold, the displacement required to reach the first and second deadband displacement thresholds being less than the displacement distances required to reach the first and second maximum displacement positions, the at least one spring stiffness being substantially constant when the displacement of the load leveling device is within the deadband zone, the stiffness of the at least one spring being modified to a second stiffness when the load leveling device is equal to or beyond either the first deadband displacement threshold or the second deadband displacement threshold.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'équilibre commandé comprenant un logement; au moins un ressort, chaque ressort présentant une raideur donnée; et un dispositif de mise à niveau de charge mobile dans le logement entre une première position de déplacement maximum et une seconde position de déplacement maximum, le dispositif de mise à niveau de charge comprenant une plage de déplacement à insensibilité définie entre un premier seuil de déplacement à insensibilité et un second seuil de déplacement à insensibilité, le déplacement nécessaire pour atteindre les premier et second seuils de déplacement à insensibilité étant inférieur aux distances de déplacement nécessaires pour atteindre les première et seconde positions de déplacement maximum, la raideur d'au moins un ressort étant sensiblement constante lorsque le déplacement du dispositif de mise à niveau de charge se trouve à l'intérieur de la plage d'insensibilité, la raideur d'au moins un ressort étant modifiée pour avoir une seconde raideur lorsque le dispositif de mise à niveau de charge est égal à ou se situe au-delà soit du premier seuil de déplacement à insensibilité soit du second seuil de déplacement à insensibilité.
