Abstract
(EN) Buffer compositions with or without sieving formulations are useful when used in connection with a capillary electrophoresis systeem as shown in Figure. The buffer composition can include Bis-Tris, TAPS and/or TAPSO and optionally a chelating agent such as EDTA. Methods of separating samples containing DNA or RNA with the capillary electrophoresis system are also described.
