(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer l'arôme d'un édulcorant et un procédé permettant d'améliorer l'arôme d'un produit comestible contenant un édulcorant. On peut réaliser ces procédés en utilisant sclaréolide et 2-acétylpyrrole simultanément avec un édulcorant. Selon ces procédés, les arrière-goûts (astringence, amertume, goût restant dans la bouche, etc.) dus aux édulcorants ayant une sucrosité particulièrement élevée peuvent être améliorés, ce qui permet de produire des produits comestibles présentant de meilleurs arômes.
