Abstract:
(EN) The anisotropic multilayer thin−film coatings may be used in fabrication of various optical elements, such as polarizers, beam splitters, interference−polarizing light filters, polarizing mirrors, etc.A multilayer optically anisotropic structure, which contains at least one layer with high degree of anisotropy and perfect structure, whereas refraction indexes and thicknesses of all layers and their combination is selected such as to provide an intereference extremum for at least one polarization of light in the said region of the spectrum and on at least one side of the multilayer optical structure, wherein at least one of the layers is optically anistropic and has been made of at least one organic materiel, molecules or fragments of molecules of which have flat build and where at least a part of the said layer has crystalline structure, while the following relationships are true for the main axes of ellipsoids of the imaginary and the real parts of the refraction index of the anistropic layer in the region of at least one of the absorption bands of the layers’ material on the area with linear dimensions no less that wavelength of the maximum of the least one absorption band : K1 ≥ k2 > k3, (n1 + n2) / 2 > n3, where k1, k2, k3 and n1, n2, n3 − are the main values of the axes of ellipsoids of the imaginary and the real parts, accordingly, of the refraction index of the layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne des revêtements multicouches à couche mince anisotropes, lesquels peuvent être utilisés dans la fabrication de divers éléments optiques, tels que des polariseurs, des diviseurs de faisceau, des filtres de polarisation à interférence, des miroirs de polarisation, etc. L'invention concerne également la création d'une structure multicouche optiquement anisotrope, qui contient au moins une couche à degré d'anisotropie élevée et une structure parfaite, à savoir que les indices de réfraction et les épaisseurs de toutes les couches et leur combinaison est choisie conformément à la loi existante, déterminée par l'objectif de la structure, de manière à fournir un extremum d'interférence pour au moins une lumière de polarisation. Le résultat technique de l'invention consiste à augmenter l'efficacité de transformation du rayonnement incident, qui correspond à l'objectif fonctionnel de la structure multicouche optiquement anisotrope, grâce au degré d'anisotropie reproductible élevé d'au moins une couche dans la structure.
