(EN)A material for tissue/organ regeneration which can be easily filled into a necrotic or defective part in a tissue or an organ in vivo while preventing hyperproliferation of fibroblasts to thereby effectively regenerate the target tissue or organ; and a method of tissue/organ regeneration. Using a hydrogel−forming polymer an aqueous solution of which shows a heat reversible sol−gel transfer (i.e., occurring as a sol at low temperatures and as a gel at high temperatures), a material for tissue/organ regeneration, wherein fibroblasts would not substantially proliferate in the gel on the basis of the hydrogel−forming polymer, is constructed.
(FR)L'invention concerne un matériau de régénération de tissus/organes pouvant être facilement introduit in vivo dans une partie nécrosée ou défectueuse d'un tissu ou d'un organe, ce matériau empêchant l'hyperprolifération de fibroblastes, ce qui régénère efficacement le tissu ou l'organe cible. L'invention concerne également un procédé de régénération de tissus/organes. L'utilisation d'une solution aqueuse contenant un polymère qui forme un hydrogel, présentant un transfert thermique sol-gel réversible (c'est-à-dire que la solution se présente sous forme de sol à basses températures et sous forme de gel à hautes températures) permet de fabriquer un matériau de régénération de tissus/organes, les fibroblastes ne proliférant sensiblement pas dans le gel formé à partir dudit polymère formant un hydrogel.
