(EN)A method of transmitting data across an electronic data communication system comprising a plurality of terminals that can send and receive data in the form of electromagnetic waves to and from at least one of the terminals, which method comprises the steps of: (a) identifying at least one control terminal, at least one target terminal and at least two relaying terminals from the plurality of terminals; and (b) using the control terminal to instruct the at least two relaying terminals to receive and relay data intended for the at least one target terminal, so that the at least one target terminal can receive data directly from at least one terminal and from the at least two relaying terminals, thereby increasing capacity of the system.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission de données dans un système de communication de données électroniques comportant une pluralité de terminaux pouvant émettre et recevoir des données sous la forme d'ondes électromagnétiques, en direction et en provenance d'au moins un desdits terminaux. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste (a) à identifier au moins un terminal de commande, au moins un terminal cible et au moins deux terminaux relais dans la pluralité de terminaux, et (b) à employer le terminal de commande afin d'ordonner auxdits terminaux relais de recevoir et de relayer des données destinées à ou aux terminaux cibles de manière que le ou les terminaux cibles puissent recevoir directement des données du ou des terminaux et desdits terminaux relais, la capacité du système étant ainsi améliorée.
