Abstract:
(EN) The inventive supercapacitor comprises electrodes with a nanostructured material arranged therebetween, said material being consisted of clusters provided with tunnel-transparent shells. The cluster is dimensioned in such a way it enables an electron to exhibit the resonance properties within the range of 7.2517 nm $m(F) r $m(F) 29.0068 nm. Said dimensions are defined by the annular radius of the electron wave according to the formula Ro=$m(j)(me$g(a)2c)=7.2517 nm, where $m(j) is the Planck constant, me is the electron mass, $g(a)=1/137.036 is a fine structure constant, c is the light speed. The cluster dimension is pre-determined in the range from ro=7.2517 nm. Energy storage in the quantum supercapacitor is carried out by means of a controlled breakdown of the nanostructured dielectric material followed by the recovery thereof. Said energy is stored regularly through out the total volume of the nanostructured material as a result of a resonance pairing of electrons on the cluster. Specific energy stored in the capacitor is equal to 1.66 MJ/kg.
(FR) Dans le supercondensateur quantique de l'invention, on a disposé entre les électrodes un matériau nanostructuré constitué de plusieurs grappes munies d'enveloppes transparentes à effet tunnel. Les dimensions des grappes sont choisies de manière à ce que les propriétés de résonance de l'électron puissent se manifester; elles sont de 7,2517 nm $m(F) r $m(F) 29,0068 nm. Ces dimensions sont déterminées par le rayon annulaire de l'onde d'électron selon la formule ro=$m(j)/(me$g(a)2c)=7,2517 nm, dans laquelle $m(j) est la constante de Planck, me est la masse de l'électron, $g(a)=1/137,036 est la constante de la structure fine et c la vitesse de la lumière. Les dimensions de la grappe sont comprises entre ro et 4 ro, l'épaisseur de l'intervalle transparente à effet tunnel étant inférieure ou égale à ro=7,2517 nm. L'accumulation de l'énergie dans le supercondensateur quantique se fait grâce au claquage contrôlé du matériau nanostructuré diélectrique suivi d'un rétablissement dudit matériau. L'énergie conservée est répartie régulièrement dans tout le volume du matériau nanostructuré grâce à l'accouplement par résonance des électrons sur la grappe. L'énergie spécifique limite accumulée dans le condensateur s'élève à 1,66 MJoules / kg.
