(EN)A system for performing through port off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery includes a port (10) insertable between ribs into a chest wall of a patient, a heart stabilizer (400) extendable through and stably couplable to the port (10), and an instrument stabilizer (1100) adapted to dampen extraneous movement to which a surgical instrument extending through the stabilizer (1100) is subject.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système permettant d'effectuer un pontage coronarien à coeur battant au moyen d'un dispositif d'accès. Ce système comprend un dispositif d'accès pouvant être inséré entre les côtes, dans la cage thoracique d'un patient, un stabilisateur cardiaque pouvant s'étendre à travers ledit dispositif d'accès et être solidement accouplé à ce dernier, ainsi qu'un stabilisateur d'instruments conçu pour amortir le mouvement extrinsèque auquel est soumis un instrument chirurgical s'étendant à travers le stabilisateur.
