Abstract:
(EN) A liquid−in vibration isolating device used to support a vibrating body, such as an automobile engine, in a vibration isolating manner and arranged to prevent a diaphragm from producing a hitting sound or from sticking to a diaphragm when the diaphragm abuts against a partitioning body, without having to increase the volume of an auxiliary chamber on the diaphragm side, and to satisfactorily retain its function. A liquid−in vibration isolating device comprising a cylindrical main body metal fitting (1), a boss metal fitting (2), these fittings being joined through a vibration isolating base (3), a diaphragm (4) provided in an upper end opening, a partitioning body (10) for partition into a main liquid chamber (6) on the vibration isolating base side and an auxiliary liquid chamber (7) on the diaphragm side, an orifice (8) in the outer periphery establishing communication between the two liquid chambers, and a plurality of ridges (17) formed on at least one of the two surfaces, the inner surface of the diaphragm (4) and the plate surface of the partitioning body (10) which are opposed to each other within the auxiliary liquid chamber (7), for example, the surface of the central plate portion of the partitioning plate (10) opposed to the diaphragm (4) such that the abutment of the diaphragm (4) against the partitioning body (10) is controlled to avoid surface contact.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif anti-vibrations à liquide intégré utilisé pour supporter un corps vibrant, tel qu'un moteur d'automobile, en mode anti-vibrations, et agencé de façon à empêcher une membrane de produire un bruit de frappe ou de coller à une membrane lorsque ladite membrane vient en about contre un corps de séparation, sans augmenter le volume d'une chambre auxiliaire située du coté de ladite membrane, et de façon à remplir sa fonction de manière satisfaisante. Ledit dispositif anti-vibrations à liquide intégré comprend un raccord métallique (1) cylindrique principal et un raccord métallique (2) de bossage, ces raccords étant reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une base anti-vibrations (3); une membrane (4) placée dans une ouverture d'extrémité supérieure; un corps de séparation (10) séparant une chambre de liquide principale (6) située du côté de la base anti-vibrations et une chambre de liquide auxiliaire (7) située du côté de la membrane; un ajutage (8) ménagé dans la périphérie extérieure permettant de relier les deux chambres de liquide; et une pluralité de nervures (17) formées sur au moins l'une des deux surfaces. Du fait que la surface intérieure de la membrane (4) et la surface de la plaque du corps de séparation (10) sont opposées l'une à l'autre, notamment, la surface de la partie centrale de la plaque de séparation et la membrane (4), ladite membrane (4) venant en about contre le corps de séparation (10) empêche tout contact de surface.
