Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method of forming building materials mostly consisting of magnesium oxide. The method comprises the steps of mixing magnesium oxide powder with vegetable powder or mineral powder in a predetermined mixing ratio to produce an admixture; adding water to the admixture to produce a wet powdered admixture; inserting the wet powdered admixture into a frame mold assembly of a molding machine consisting of a frame mold 3 and a preheated lower mold 2, and heating and compressing the wet powdered admixture using an upper mold 1, and hardening the admixture; and releasing a resulting product from the molding machine. The method is advantageous in that the building materials have an excellent strength and fire retardant, do not emit a poisonous gas at all during their combustion, and can be inexpensively produced in commercial quantity because the building materials can be produced by an injection and an extrusion molding.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de formation de matériaux de construction consistant à mélanger de la poudre d'oxyde de magnésium à des poudres minérales ou végétales, selon un rapport déterminé, afin de produire un mélange, à ajouter à ce mélange de l'eau afin d'obtenir un mélange poudreux humide, à insérer le mélange poudreux humide dans un assemblage de carcasse de moule de machine à mouler constitué d'un cadre (3) et d'un moule inférieur préchauffé (2), à chauffer et comprimer le mélange poudreux humide par utilisation d'un moule supérieur (1), à durcir le mélange et à enlever le produit résultant de la machine de moulage. Le procédé est avantageux dans le sens où ces matériaux de construction possèdent de très bonnes propriétés de résistance et ignifuge, n'émettent pas de gaz toxique lors de leur combustion, et peuvent être produits commercialement de façon économique en raison de l'utilisation de techniques de moulage par injection et d'extrusion.
