Abstract
(EN) A sales prediction method for predicting the sales of a specific commodity depending on the investment object/condition by judging the magnitudes of the current and future values of the customers and the resource and by providing selection information on effective sales promotion investment depending on the customer. The method is characterized in that customer consumption information on a specific commodity is divided into customer value evaluation cells for judging the magnitudes of the current and future values of the customers and the resource of the customer future value by using three index axes, i.e., a purchase amount index axis (first index axis), a user type index axis (second index axis) and a customer purchase participation index axis (third index axis), the variations with time during different measurement periods of time of the cells and variation caused by sales promotion investment are measured, and the causal relation between the sales promotion investment and the sales is quantified, thereby making a sales prediction simulation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de prévision de ventes permettant de prévoir les ventes d'une marchandise spécifique en fonction de l'objet/l'état d'investissement, par estimation des valeurs absolues du courant, des valeurs futures des consommateurs, de la ressource et par utilisation d'informations de sélection sur l'investissement de promotion efficace des ventes en fonction du consommateur. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que les informations de consommation du consommateur relatives à une marchandise spécifique sont divisées en cellules d'évaluation de valeur du consommateur permettant d'estimer les valeurs absolues du courant et des valeurs futures des consommateurs et la ressource de la valeur future du consommateur à l'aide de trois axes d'indices, c'est-à-dire, d'un axe d'indice de quantité d'achat (premier axe d'indice), d'un axe d'indice de type d'utilisateur (deuxième axe d'indice) et d'un axe d'indice de participation d'achat du consommateur (troisième axe d'indice), les variations dans le temps au cours de périodes de temps de mesure différentes des cellules et la variation entraînée par l'investissement de promotion des ventes sont mesurées, et la relation causale entre l'investissement de promotion des ventes et les ventes est quantifiée, une simulation de prévision de ventes étant ainsi obtenue.
