Abstract:
(EN) A sensor for sensing cryogenic temperatures, which includes an optical fibre(2) and a Brillouin spectral analyser (8) for measuring one or more temperature dependent Brillouin scattering parameters. Once the parameters are measured, they are used to determine the temperature.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à un capteur pour la détection de températures cryogéniques, qui comprend une fibre optique (2) et un analyseur spectral de Brillouin (8) destiné à mesurer un ou plusieurs paramètres de diffusion de Brillouin dépendant de la température. Une fois mesurés, ces paramètres sont utilisés pour déterminer la température.
