(EN) A compound having strong antitumor activity. It is a compound represented by the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof: (I) wherein X and Z each represents CH or nitrogen; Y represents oxygen or sulfur; R1, R2, and R3 each represents hydrogen, alkoxy, etc.; R4 represents hydrogen; R5, R6, R7, and R8 each represents hydrogen, halogeno, alkoxy, etc.; R9 and R10 each represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; and R11 represents optionally substituted azolyl.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composé ayant une forte activité antitumorale. C'est un composé représenté par la formule (I) ou un sel ou solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier. Dans la formule (I), X et Z représentent respectivement CH ou azote ; Y représente oxygène ou soufre ; R1, R2 et R3 représentent respectivement hydrogène, alcoxy etc. ; R4 représente hydrogène ; R5, R6, R7 et R8 représentent respectivement hydrogène, halogène, alcoxy etc. ; R9 et R10 représentent respectivement hydrogène, alkyle etc. ; et R11 représentent un azolyle éventuellement substitué.
