Abstract:
(EN) A biosensor for detecting introduction of a sample liquid into a sample supply passage using a detection electrode provided with means for enhancing the detection accuracy. The biosensor comprises an electrode part provided with a measuring electrode (2), a counter electrode (3) and a detection electrode (4), a sample supply passage (7) for introduction a sample liquid, and a reagent layer (5) for determining a substrate contained in the sample liquid, formed on a first insulating substrate (1), and characterized in that the detection electrode (4) is formed while being spaced apart from the measuring electrode (2) by such a distance as the measuring electrode (2) is covered sufficiently before the sample liquid reaches the detection electrode (4).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un biodétecteur détectant l'introduction d'un échantillon liquide dans le passage d'introduction de l'échantillon à l'aide d'une électrode de détection munie de moyens augmentant la précision de détection. Le biodétecteur comprend un système d'électrodes incluant une électrode de mesure (2), une contre-électrode, et une électrode de détection (4), ainsi qu'un passage (7) de positionnement de l'échantillon liquide, et qu'une couche de réactif (5) de détermination d'une substance contenue dans l'échantillon disposée sur un premier substrat isolant. L'électrode de détection (4) est séparée de l'électrode de mesure (2) d'une distance telle que l'électrode de mesure (2) soit suffisamment recouverte avant que l'échantillon liquide n'atteigne l'électrode de détection (4).
