Abstract
(EN) A pallet rack safety net system (100) comprises two parallel horizontal wire ropes (105, 106) that are stretched along the top and bottom edges of a shelf opening. A pair of hung left and right screens (114, 116) of flexible netting is attached between the top and bottom wire ropes so that they can be horizontally separated at the middle of the shelf opening. The insides vertical edges of each screen (114, 116) is finished with a metal bar (108, 110) and a clasp (112) so that the screens can be latched together at the middle. The outside left and right edges of the screens are secured to the outside of the shelf opening. If used on a top shelf that has no supports at each side of the opening, a pair of support posts (118, 122) is included that hold aloft the top horizontal wire rope (105).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système de montage de filets de sécurité sur des rayonnages à palettes. Le système comprend deux câbles métalliques horizontaux parallèles tendus le long des bords supérieur et inférieur d'une ouverture d'étagère. Deux écrans de filets souples droit et gauche suspendus sont fixés entre les câbles métalliques supérieur et inférieur de manière à pouvoir être séparés horizontalement au milieu de l'ouverture d'étagère. Les bords verticaux intérieurs de chaque écran sont équipés d'une barre métallique et d'un crochet qui assurent un verrouillage solidaire des écrans au milieu. Les bords extérieurs gauche et droit des écrans sont attachés à l'extérieur de l'ouverture d'étagère. Pour adapter le système à une étagère supérieure ne comportant pas de supports sur chaque côté de l'ouverture, deux montants de support sont mis en place pour maintenir en hauteur le câble métallique horizontal supérieur, un réseau de potelets et de câbles d'arrimage étant utilisé pour renforcer chaque montant.
