Abstract:
(EN) An active-matrix selfluminous display device has a pixel drive circuit such that the variation of the threshold voltage of a transistor for controlling the current of a luminescent device and the variation of the luminescence threshold voltage of the luminescent device are suppressed, and thereby the variation of the luminescence of the luminescent device is suppressed. An optical sensor for detecting emission of a luminescent element is connected in series with a resistor. The threshold voltage of the transistor is measured from the potential at the node. A transistor controlled by means of the signal of the optical sensor is provided so as to measure the luminescence threshold voltage of the luminescent element.
(FR) L'invention concerne un écran auto-lumineux à matrice active comprenant un circuit d'attaque, destiné à supprimer la variation de la tension de seuil d'un transistor prévu pour réguler le courant d'un dispositif luminescent et la variation de la tension de seuil de luminescence du dispositif luminescent, et par conséquent à supprimer la variation de luminescence du dispositif luminescent. Un capteur optique destiné à détecter l'émission d'un élément luminescent est connecté en série avec une résistance. La tension de seuil du transistor est mesurée depuis le potentiel au niveau du noeud. Un transistor régulé par le signal du capteur optique est prévu de manière à mesurer la tension de seuil de luminescence de l'élément luminescent.
