Abstract
(EN) Splice between a first optical fibre (F1), having a first propagation constant (B1), and a second optical fibre (F2), having a second propagation constant (B2) which is different from the first. The said splice comprises a coupling region between (G) an end portion of the said first optical fibre and an end portion of the said second fibre, such that a coupling of at least 90 % of the optical power in a waveband of at least 10 nm is obtained between the said first fibre and the said second fibre.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de réaliser une épissure entre une première fibre optique (F1), possédant une première constante de propagation (B1), et une seconde fibre optique (F2), possédant une seconde constante de propagation (B2) qui est différente de la première. Ladite épissure comprend une zone de couplage entre (G) une extrémité de ladite première fibre optique et une extrémité de ladite seconde fibre, de telle sorte qu'un couplage d'au moins 90 % de la puissance optique dans une bande d'ondes d'au moins 10 nm est obtenu entre ladite première fibre et ladite seconde fibre.
