The present invention provides methods and systems for regulating delivery of therapeutic proteins and nucleic acids. Specifically, this involves using a genetically engineered electrically responsive promoter operably linked to a therapeutic gene sequence, wherein expression of said sequence is controlled by an electrical pulse generator.

La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des systèmes permettant de réguler l'administration d'acides nucléiques et de protéines thérapeutiques. Plus particulièrement, la méthode décrite dans cette invention consiste à utiliser un promoteur sensible à l'électricité génétiquement modifié lié de manière opérationnelle à une séquence de gènes à visée thérapeutique, l'expression de cette séquence étant régulée au moyen d'un générateur d'impulsions électriques.
