L'invention concerne un détecteur de radiations intégré comprenant : un luminophore à mémoire possédant une première surface d'entrée et une seconde surface de sortie, le luminophore pouvant être excités par des radiations à une première longueur d'onde et émettant des radiations à une seconde longueur d'onde lorsqu'il est excité, ainsi qu'au moins un filtre coloré optique fixé à une des surfaces.
