An antilaminin-1 antibody in a sample is detected by reacting a serum or plasma sample collected from a human subject with laminin-1 or its fragment and then examining whether or not the antilaminin-1 antibody, which is an autoantibody against laminin-1, in the sample has bound to laminin-1. Thus, gynecological diseases such as habitual abortion, sterility, infertility and endometriosis can be diagnosed.

On détecte un anticorps anti-laminine-1 dans un spécimen par réaction d'un spécimen de sérum ou de plasma prélevé chez un individu humain avec laminine-1 ou son fragment et par examen de la présence ou de l'absence de fixation de l'anticorps anti-laminine-1, qui est un autoanticorps contre laminine-1, à laminine-1. Ceci permet de diagnostiquer des maladies gynécologiques, telles que des fausses couches répétées, la stérilité, l'infertilité ou l'endométriose.
