Das Überdruckventil hat einen federdruckbelasteten Membranschliesskörper (13), der in Schliessposition an einer, eine erste Ventilöffnung (8) umschliessenden, zentral angeordneten Ventilsitzfläche (10) dichtend aufliegt. Seine Federdruckbelastung erfolgt über einen zentral über ihm angeordneten Gegendruckkörper (30). Die Ventilsitzfläche (10) ist von einer im Gehäusekörper (2) des Ventils vorgesehenen, rinnenförmigen Ventilkammer (11) umschlossen, an der überdruckseitig mindestens eine zweite Ventilöffnung (9) vorgesehen ist. Um hohe Überdrücke ableiten zu können, ist der Gegendruckkörper (30) von einem am Ventilgehäuse (6) gehaltenen Membranstützring (17) umschlossen, der eine umlaufende Ausnehmung (19) aufweist, deren sendrecht zum Membranschliesskörper (13) gemessene Tiefe die maximale Auslenkung des Membranschliesskörpers (13) bestimmt, so dass der Membranschliesskörper (13) bei vollständig geöffnetem Ventil in einem Bereich zwischen der Ventilsitzfläche (10) und seinem Aussenrand abgestützt ist.

The pressure relief valve has a spring-loaded membrane closing body (13), which lies in a sealing manner on a centrally arranged valve seating surface (10), surrounding a first valve opening (8). The spring-loading is achieved by means of a counter-pressure body (30), centrally arranged thereabove. The valve seating surface (10) is surrounded by a channel-shaped valve chamber (11), provided in the housing body (2) of the valve, in which at least one second valve opening (9) is provided on the over-pressure side. In order to be able to bleed off high over-pressures, the counter-pressure body (30) is surrounded by a membrane support ring (17) fixed to the valve housing (6), with a peripheral recess (19), the depth of which, measured perpendicular to the membrane closing body (13), corresponds to the maximum displacement of the membrane closing body (13) such that the when the valve is completely open the membrane closing body is supported in a region between the valve seat surface (10) and the outer edge thereof.

L'invention concerne une soupape de sûreté présentant un corps de fermeture (13) à diaphragme à ressort. En position de fermeture, ce corps s'appuie de manière étanche contre une première surface (10) de siège de soupape centrée, encadrant une première ouverture (8) de soupape. Sa pression par ressort est produite par un corps de contre-pression (30) agencé de manière centrée au-dessus du corps de fermeture. Cette surface (10) de siège de soupape est encadrée par une chambre (11) de soupape, en forme de gouttière agencée dans le corps (2) de cage de soupape, chambre sur laquelle est formée au moins une deuxième ouverture (9) de soupape côté surpression. Afin de pouvoir dériver des surpressions élevées, ce corps de contre-pression (30) est encadré par une bague d'appui (17) de diaphragme maintenue contre la cage (6) de soupape. Cette bague d'appui présente un évidement circulaire (19), dont la profondeur mesurée perpendiculairement au corps de fermeture (13) à diaphragme définit la déviation maximale du corps de fermeture (13) à diaphragme, de sorte que ledit corps de fermeture (13) est supporté au niveau d'une zone comprise entre la surface (10) de siège de soupape et ses bords extérieurs, lorsque la soupape est entièrement ouverte.
