Aqueous dispersions of acrylic polymers which do not release formaldehyde, comprising the following components: a) from 25 % to 95 % by weight of one or more polymerizable acrylic monomers whose corresponding homopolymer has a Tg of less than 0 °C; b) from 4 % to 70 % by weight of one or more polymerizable acrylic monomers whose corresponding homopolymer has a Tg of greater than 0 °C; c) from 0.05 % to 4 % by weight of one or more monomers containing at least two ethylenic unsaturations; d) from 0.2 % to 5 % by weight of a vinylsilane having the formula: CH2=CR-Si(OR')nRm e) from 0.2 % to 10 % by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing one or more acid groups; the sum of the components a) + b) + c) + d) + e) being 100 %.

L'invention concerne des dispersions aqueuses de polymères acryliques qui ne libèrent pas de formaldéhyde, comprenant les constituants suivants: a) 25 % à 95 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs monomères acryliques polymérisables dont l'homopolymère correspondant présente une température de transition vitreuse inférieure à 0 °C; b) 4 % à 70 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs monomères acryliques polymérisables dont l'homopolymère correspondant présente une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à 0 °C; c) 0,05 % à 4 % en poids d'un ou de plusieurs monomères contenant au moins deux insaturations éthyléniques; d) 0,2 % à 5 % en poids d'un vinylsilane de formule: CH2=CR-Si(OR')nRm; e) de 0,2 % à 10 % en poids d'un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé contenant un ou plusieurs groupes acides; la somme des constituants (a) + (b) + (c) + (d) + (e) représentant 100 %.
