Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kontaktanordnung für strombegrenzende Schutzschalter im Niederspannungsbereich, insbesondere für strombegrenzende Leistungsschalter. Das zu lösende Problem besteht in einer Vereinfachung einer Kontaktanordnung (2), bei der eine Drehkontaktbrücke (10) in einer Schaltwelle (6) durch Kontaktkraft-Zugfedern (26) mit fiktiver Drehachse aufgehängt ist. Dazu ist die mindestens eine Zugfeder (26) mit beiden Enden (28a; 28b) kraftschlüssig zwischen zwei Stiften (24a; 24b) eingehängt, die in länglichen Aussparungen (22a; 22b) der Schaltwelle (6) geführt sind und mit Steuerkurven (30a; 30b) der Kontaktbrücke (10) zusammen wirken, wobei beide Stifte (24a; 24b) in ständiger Anlage mit den Steuerkurven (30a; 30b) sind.

The invention relates to a contact arrangement for current-limiting protective circuit breakers for use in the low voltage range, especially for current-limiting power circuit breakers. The aim of the invention is to simplify a contact arrangement (2), in which a rotary contact bridge (10) is suspended with a fictitious rotational axis inside an actuating shaft (6) by means of contact force tension springs (26). To this end, the at least one tension spring (26) is mounted with both ends (28a; 28b) in a non-positive manner between two pins (24a; 24b), which are guided inside elongated recesses (22a; 22b) of the actuating shaft (6) and which interact with control cams (30a; 30b) of the contact bridge (10), whereby both pins (24a; 24b) are in constant contact with the control cams (30a; 30b).

L'invention concerne un système de contact pour des disjoncteurs limiteurs de courant dans le domaine à basse tension, en particulier pour des sectionneurs de puissance limiteurs de courant. L'objectif de l'invention est de simplifier un système de contact (2) dans lequel un pont de contact tournant (10) est suspendu avec un axe de rotation fictif dans un arbre de commande (6) au moyen d'au moins un ressort de traction à force de contact (26). A cet effet, le ressort de traction à force de contact (26) est suspendu par ses deux extrémités (28a ; 28b) par liaison de force entre deux broches (24a ; 24b) qui sont guidées dans des évidements allongés (22a ; 22b) de l'arbre de commande (6) et qui coopèrent avec des cames de commande (30a ; 30b) du pont de contact tournant (10), les deux broches (24a ; 24b) étant en appui permanent avec les cames de commande (30a ; 30b).
