The invention concerns a device (100) for in vivo spectroscopic analysis of metabolites of a culture medium, by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The device comprises a arrangement of tubular conduits (110, 120) designed to be positioned in an NMR analysis apparatus, said arrangement having an input (109) and an output (115) adapted to be connected to a reactor containing the culture medium, a first portion (101) wherein there is defined a helical path of the culture medium in which the nuclei of the cells of the culture medium are magnetised, and a second portion (102) wherein there is defined a rectilinear path along one direction and the opposite direction of the culture medium in which some nuclei are energized and the NMR spectra of said nuclei are recorded.

L'invention concerne un dispositif (100) pour l'analyse spectroscopique $i(in vivo) des métabolites d'un milieu de culture, par résonance magnétique nucléaire (RMN). Le dispositif comprend un agencement de conduits tubulaires (110, 120) destiné à être positionné dans un appareil d'analyse par RMN, ledit agencement présentant entre une entrée (109) et une sortie (115) aptes à être raccordées à un réacteur contenant le milieu de culture, une première partie (101) dans laquelle il est défini un trajet hélicoïdal du milieu de culture durant lequel les noyaux des cellules du milieu de culture sont magnétisés, et une deuxième partie (102) dans laquelle il est défini un trajet rectiligne suivant un sens et le sens opposé du milieu de culture au cours duquel s'effectue l'excitation de certains noyaux et l'enregistrement de spectres de RMN de ces noyaux.
