Eine Vollmantel-Schneckenzentrifuge weist einen Schleuderraum (19) mit einer sich drehenden Schnecke (1) und einer den Schleuderraum (19) umschließenden, sich ebenfalls drehenden Trommel (21) sowie einen vorzugsweise als Rohr ausgebildeten Verteiler (15) zum Einleiten von Schleudergut (S) in den Schleuderraum (19) auf, der winklig, insbesondere senkrecht, zur Mittelachse (A) der Schnecke (1) ausgerichtet ist. Dabei wird das Schleudergut durch ein sich axial erstreckendes Zulaufrohr (13) in den Verteiler (15) geleitet. Mindestens eine Wandung (15a) des Verteilers ist derart mit einer Oberflächenstruktur aus Vorsprüngen (27) versehen, daß der wesentliche Teil des den Verteiler durchfließenden Schleudergutes (S) an dieser mindestens einen Wandung (15a) auf der radialen Strecke vom Zulaufrohr (13) in den Schleuderraum (19) zumindest einen der Vorsprünge (27) umfließen muß.

The invention relates to a solid bowl screw centrifuge comprising a centrifuging chamber (19) having a rotating screw (1) and a likewise rotating drum (21) surrounding the centrifuging chamber (19), in addition to a distributor (15) which is preferably embodied as a tube and is used to introduce the material to be centrifuged (S) into the centrifuging chamber (19). Said distributor is oriented in a angular manner, especially perpendicularly, in relation to the central axis (A) of the screw (1). The material to be centrifuged is guided through an axially extending inflow tube (13) into the distributor (15). At least one wall (15a) of the distributor is provided with a surface structure consisting of projections (27) in such a way that the main part of the material to be centrifuged (S) which passes through the distributor must flow around at least one of the projections (27) on the at least one wall (15a) on the radial path from the inflow tube (13) to the centrifuging chamber (19).

L'invention concerne une essoreuse à vis à bol plein, comprenant une zone d'essorage (19) présentant une vis sans fin (1) entraînée en rotation et un tambour (21) également entraîné en rotation, entourant la zone d'essorage (19), ainsi qu'un distributeur (15), de préférence en forme générale de tuyau, pour l'introduction de la matière à essorer (S) dans la zone d'essorage (19), qui est orienté incliné, en particulier verticalement, par rapport à l'axe (A) de la vis (1). La matière à essorer est introduite dans le distributeur (15) par un conduit d'amenée (13) s'étendant axialement. Au moins une paroi (15a) du distributeur présente une structure en surface munie de saillies (27), de telle façon que la majeure partie de la matière à essorer (S) traversant le distributeur soit contrainte de circuler sur au moins ladite paroi (15a), sur le trajet radial allant du conduit d'amenée (13) vers la zone d'essorage (19), en contournant au moins l'une des saillies (27).
