Die Erfindung betrifft einen feinstporigen Verbundwerkstoff, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Verbundwerkstoffes und die Verwendung dieses Verbundwerkstoffes. Für verschiedene chemische oder physikalische Prozesse, wie z.B. Stofftrennungsprozesse werden Membrane eingesetzt. Häufig werden Membranen auf Basis von Polymeren eingesetzt. Diese Polymere sind relativ unbeständig gegenüber Lösemitteln und hohen Temperaturen. Vor diesem Hintergrund war es Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen feinstporigen Verbundwerkstoff zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der erfindungsgemäße feinstporige Verbundwerkstoff besteht überwiegend aus anorganischen Bestandteilen und zeichnet sich durch eine große Stabilität gegenüber Säuren und hohen Temperaturen aus. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine stoffdurchlässige Keramikfolie mit zumindest einer Zeolith-Syntheselösung und/oder einer Syntheselösung für amorphe Mischmetalloxide, Silikalite, Aluminiumsilikate oder Aluminiumphosphaten behandelt, wobei ein- oder beidseitig zumindest eine Verbindung aus der Gruppe der Zeolithe, amorphen Mischmetalloxide, Silikalite, Aluminiumsilikate oder Aluminiumphosphate auf die Keramikfolie aufwächst. Ein erfindungsgemäßer, feinstporiger Verbundwerkstoff kann als Membran bei Dehydrierungs- oder Oxidationsreaktionen zur Trennung der bei diesen Reaktionen entstehenden Verbindungen eingesetzt werden.

The invention relates to an extremely fine-pored material, to a method for producing this composite material and to the use of the composite material. Membranes are used for different chemical or physical processes, such as material separation processes. Polymer-based membranes are used frequently. These polymers are relatively unstable in relation to solvents and high temperatures. In this light, the aim of the invention is to provide an extremely fine-pored composite material. The inventive extremely fine-pored composite material consists mainly of inorganic components and is characterised by a high degree of stability in relation to acids and high temperatures. According to the invention, a ceramic film through which material can pass is treated with at least one zeolite synthesis solution and/or a synthesis solution for amorphous misch metal oxides, silicalites, aluminium silicates or aluminium phosphates. At least one compound from the following group: zeolites, amorphous misch metal oxides, silicalites, aluminium silicates or aluminium phosphates grows on the ceramic film on one or both sides. The inventive extremely fine-pored composite material can be used as a membrane in dehydrogenation or oxidation reactions for separating the compounds that are produced in these reactions.

L'invention concerne un matériau composite microporeux, son procédé de production et son utilisation. On utilise des membranes, souvent à base de polymères, pour différents procédés chimiques ou physiques, comme par exemple, des procédés de séparation des matières. Or ces polymères sont relativement instables en présence de solvants et de températures élevées. C'est pourquoi la présente invention vise à fournir un matériau composite microporeux qui soit principalement composé de constituants inorganiques et qui se distingue par sa grande stabilité en présence d'acides et de températures élevées. Selon l'invention, on traite un film céramique perméable aux matières avec au moins une solution de synthèse de zéolite et/ou une solution de synthèse d'oxydes d'alliage de terres rares métalliques, de silicalites, de silicates d'aluminium ou de phosphates d'aluminium. Au moins un composé du groupe des zéolites, oxydes d'alliage de terres rares métalliques amorphes, silicalites, silicates d'aluminium ou de phosphates d'aluminium croît sur une face ou les deux faces du film céramique. On peut utiliser un tel matériau composite microporeux comme membrane dans des réactions de déshydrogénation ou d'oxydation pour la séparation des composés générés lors de ces réactions.
