Abstract

A facilitated carbonizing furnace, comprising an inner shell (10) having a carbonizing chamber (10A) and a combustion chamber (10B) through a partition wall (13) and opening to the carbonizing chamber (10A) on the opposite side of the partition wall, an outer shell (20) formed of a tube body (22) and a top plate (24) and surrounding the carbonizing portion of the inner shell (10) by the tube body (22), a smoke exhausting port (26) provided in the outer shell (20), a flue (28) communicating the carbonizing chamber (10A) with the smoke exhausting port (26), a cooler (30) for cooling the smoke emitted from the smoke exhausting port (26), and a container (34) receiving condensate, wherein the flue (28) is formed of a clearance between the inner shell (10) and the outer shell (20).

Cette invention se rapporte à un four à carbonisation facilitée, qui comprend une cuve interne (10) comportant une chambre de carbonisation (10A) et une chambre de combustion (10B) traversant une cloison (13) et débouchant dans la chambre de carbonisation (10A) du côté opposé de la cloison, une cuve externe (20) formée d'un corps tubulaire (22) et d'un plateau supérieur (24) et entourant la partie de carbonisation de la cuve interne (10) au moyen du corps tubulaire (22), un orifice d'échappement de fumées (26) ménagé dans la cuve externe (20), un conduit de fumées (28) faisant communiquer la chambre de carbonisation (10A) avec l'orifice d'échappement de fumées (26), un refroidisseur (30) servant à refroidir les fumées émises par l'orifice d'échappement de fumées (26), et un récipient (34) recevant le condensat, le conduit de fumées (28) étant formé par un espace vide situé entre la cuve interne (10) et la cuve externe (20).
