Feinstblech zur Herstellung von Tiefziehteilen für Verpackungszwecke, insbesondere von Deckeln für Behälter von Getränken und/oder für Behälter für Getränke oder Lebensmittel. In einer Oberfläche des Feinstbleches befindet sich eine Erhebung (14) mit einem in der Draufsicht ringförmigen Umfangsverlauf oder mit einer flächigen Ausdehnung mit einer Begrenzung entsprechend dem Umfangsverlauf verstärkter Bereiche des herzustellenden Tiefziehteiles. Die Höhe und der Verlauf der Erhebung lassen sich von einem Fachmann in einfacher Weise so wählen, dass in beim Tiefziehvorgang stark beanspruchten, also gedehnten und damit in der Dicke verringerten Bereichen eine für die Festigkeit erforderliche Dicke nicht unterschritten wird. Außerdem können so gewünschte Verstärkungen in bestimmten Flächenbereichen des fertigen herzustellenden Tiefziehteils vorbereitet werden. Andererseit kann aber die dicke des Feinstbleches au?erhalb der Erhebungen (14) so gewählt werden, wie dies die Festigkeit an diesen Stellen, beispielsweise eines Deckelspiegels, erfordert. Der Vorteil ist eine Materialersparnis.

The invention relates to black plate for producing deep-drawn parts for packaging purposes, especially lids for drink containers and/or for food or drink containers. A surface of the black plate contains a raised section (14) which has a ring-shaped peripheral profile as seen from above or which has a flat extension whose boundary corresponds to the peripheral profile of reinforced areas of the deep-drawn part to be produced. The height and profile of the raised section can be chosen simply by a person skilled in the art, in such a way that the thickness of the black plate does not fall below the necessary thickness for stability in the areas which are considerably stressed and therefore stretched, and whose thickness is reduced during the deep-drawing process. This also enables the desired reinforcements to be prepared in particular surface areas of the finished deep-drawn part to be produced. At the same time, the thickness of the black plate outside of the raised sections (14) can be chosen in accordance with the stability that is required in these areas, e.g., for the flat, middle area of a lid. The advantage is a saving in material.

L'invention concerne une tôle extra-fine destinée à la fabrication de pièces d'emboutissage profond pour des fins d'emballage, en particulier à la fabrication de couvercles de contenants de boissons et/ou d'aliments. Une surface de la tôle extra-fine comporte une partie surélevée (14) présentant un profil périphérique annulaire vu d'en haut, ou une extension plate délimitant en fonction dudit profil périphérique les zones renforcées de la pièce d'emboutissage profond à fabriquer. La hauteur et le profil de la partie surélevée peuvent être fixés simplement par un professionnel de manière qu'une certaine épaisseur nécessaire à la rigidité de la pièce soit conservée lors d'un processus d'emboutissage profond au cours duquel certaines zones subissent des contraintes élevées, et présentent une épaisseur réduite du fait de l'allongement. Il est également possible de réaliser des renforts dans certaines zone plates de la pièce d'emboutissage profond finie. Par ailleurs, l'épaisseur de la tôle extra-fine en dehors des parties surélevées (14) peut être choisie en fonction des exigences de la pièce, par exemple de la partie plate d'un couvercle. De manière avantageuse, l'invention permet une économie de matériau.
