(EN)A highly sensitive and specific method for the detection and quantification of lipids is provided. Specifically, methods for the simultaneous detection and quantification of phospholipids extracted from mammalian tissues is described. The analytical methods provided disclose a modified one-dimensional thin-layer chromatography technique specifically developed to rapidly and accurately detect and quantify phospholipids from mammalian cardiac tissues.
(FR)Cette invention a trait à une méthode spécifique et d'une haute sensibilité permettant de détecter et de quantifier des lipides. Elle porte, notamment, sur des méthodes de détection et de quantification simultanées de phospholipides issus des tissus d'un mammifère. Cette méthode analytique repose sur une technique de chromatographie unidimensionnelle sur couches minces spécialement mise au point aux fins d'une détection et d'une quantification rapides et précises des phospholipides du tissu cardiaque chez des mammifères.
