(EN)Methods are provided for the treatment or prevention of atherosclerosis, allergic autoimmune diseases, endothelial cell apoptosis, allograft vasculopathy, hypertension, congestive heart failure, ischemia/reperfusion injury, type 1 diabetes, inflammation, immunodeficiencies, cancers, and infectious diseases by administering a human IL-17 related polypeptide and/or an antibody recognizing an epitope thereof to a patient in need of such therapy.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés relatifs au traitement des maladies suivantes: athérosclerose, maladie auto-immune allergique, apoptose des cellules endothéliales, vasculopathie d'allogreffe, hypertension, insuffisance cardiaque globale, lésion ischémique/au retour de la perfusion, diabète type 1, inflammation, immunodéficience, cancer, et maladies infectieuses.
