(EN)A system, method and apparatus for allowing user adjustment of the perceptual quality of service (QoS) the user may experience during a communications session includes a signal adjustment button, a processing unit for processing a signal adjustment request from the signal adjustment button, and a transmitter for transmitting the signal adjustment request to a remote device, which then modifies the perceptual QoS of the signal. The system also includes a network node which interprets the signal adjustment request and determines whether or not to grant the signal adjustment request.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système, un procédé et un appareil permettant à un utilisateur de régler la qualité de service (QS) perceptive qu'il reçoit lors d'une session de communications. Le système comprend un bouton de réglage de signal, une unité de traitement servant à traiter une demande de réglage de signal provenant du bouton de réglage de signal, et un émetteur conçu pour émettre la demande de réglage de signal à un dispositif distant qui modifie ensuite la QS perceptive du signal.
