(EN)The invention relates to an amplification circuit AC comprising a plurality of amplification branches (Di, Hi, ai, where i = 1 to N), each one of the branches having a gain proper that makes a contribution to the overall gain of the amplification circuit AC, the size of said contribution being determined by a control signal CNT. By virtue of the invention, the variation range of the overall gain of the amplification circuit is divided into as many zones as there are amplification branches in the circuit, and each branch may be designed such that the variation of its gain proper is quasi-linear in the part of the variation range for which said branch makes the largest contribution to the overall gain.Application: Amplification/attenuation inside receivers of radioelectric signals.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un circuit d'amplification (AC). Ce circuit comprend des dérivations d'amplification (Di, Hi, ai où i = 1 à N), chacune des dérivations présentant un gain propre qui contribue au gain global du circuit d'amplification (AC), la taille de ladite contribution étant déterminée par un signal de commande CNT. La plage de variations du gain global du circuit d'amplification est divisée en autant de zones que de dérivations d'amplification dans le circuit. Chaque dérivation peut être conçue de telle sorte que la variation de son gain propre est quasi linéaire dans la partie de la plage de variations pour laquelle ladite dérivation contribue le plus au gain global. Ce système s'applique à l'amplification/atténuation à l'intérieur des récepteurs de signaux radioélectriques.
