(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un moteur à allumage commandé qui permet de diminuer les émission à l'allumage et d'accroître la fiabilité et la durabilité dudit moteur. On élabore une unité de commande (25) de telle manière à avancer le temps d'allumage au moment auquel le rendement du carburant est le meilleur, lorsque la température du moteur est inférieure à une température spécifiée.
