(EN)Methods and expression vectors encoding for the ovine interferon-tau (OvIFN-tau) protein are provided for high yield production in any industrial yeast, such as Pichia pastoris. Compared to previous studies, significantly higher levels of correctly-folded and biologically active OvIFN-tau polypeptides are produced by using two different Pichia pastoris expression vectors comprising an optimized IFN-tau nucleotide sequence fused to the $g(a)-MF pre-pro signal sequence under the control of the Pichia pastoris AOX1 promoter.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés et un codage de vecteurs d'expression pour la protéine interféron-tau (OvlFN-tau) ovine en vue d'une production à haut rendement dans une quelconque levure industrielle, telle que la <i>Pichia pastoris</i>. Comparé à de précédentes études, des niveaux notablement plus élevés de polypeptides OvIFN-tau correctement pliés et biologiquement actifs sont produits en utilisant deux vecteurs d'expression différents de <i>Pichia pastoris</i> comportant une séquence nucléotidique IFN-TAU optimisée incorporée à la séquence-signal pre-pro $g(a)-MF sous le contrôle du promoteur AOX1 de <i>Pichia pastoris</i>.
