Title (EN) TRANSDERMAL METHOD
(FR) PROCEDE TRANSDERMIQUE
Abstract: front page image
(EN)A method for transport through a skin surface comprising (i) applying a microdosing device to the skin surface, (ii) ejecting from the device a keratolytic agent onto the skin surface thereby forming at least one blister containing interstitial fluid, and (iii) transporting an active agent into the blister, transporting interstitial fluid from the blister, or both. The keratolytic agent is not cantharidine. Also disclosed is a microdosing device comprising at least two sets of conduits, a first set capable of ejecting an keratolytic agent and a second set capable of transporting a liquid.
