(EN)A method for determining the release of a peptide from a sustained release polylactide formulation which can be carried out in a shorter time than a real-time method by accelerating the release of the peptide form the formulation. It can be used to discriminate between batches of formulations for quality control purposes and to discriminate between formulations, for example, having different drug loadings.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant d'évaluer la libération d'un peptide à partir d'une formulation de polylactides à libération prolongée, ledit procédé pouvant être mis en oeuvre en un laps de temps de durée inférieure au procédé en temps réel du fait d'une accélération de la libération du peptide à partir de ladite formulation. Ce procédé peut être utilisé pour différencier des lots de formulations aux fins d'un contrôle de qualité ainsi que pour différencier des formulations présentant par exemple des charges médicamenteuses différentes.
