(EN)The present invention relates to a plasma display panel and more particularly to a method of fabricating plasma display panels using a laser process. The method of fabricating a plasma display panel includes forming a first dielectric layer (22) on a substrate, forming a second dielectric layer (23) on the first dielectric layer (22), and forming at least one capillary in the second dielectric layer (23) and a protection layer on a portion of the second dielectric layer where the capillary is formed.
