(EN)The invention relates to a fermentation process for the preparation of L-amino acids, especially L-threonine, in which the following steps are carried out: a) fermentation of the microorganisms of the family Enterobacteriaceae producing the desired L-amino acid, in which microorganisms at least the pckA gene and/or the open reading frames yjfA and ytfP are, individually or jointly, attenuated and, in particular, switched off, b) enrichment of the L-amino acid in the medium or in the bacterial cells, and c) isolation of the L-amino acid.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fermentation pour préparer des acides aminés L, notamment de la L-thréonine. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) fermentation des micro-organismes de la famille des Enterobacteriaceae produisant l'acide aminé L désiré, au moins le gène pckA et/ou les cadres ouverts de lecture yjfA et ytfP étant, individuellement ou conjointement, atténués et, en particulier, interrompus dans lesdits micro-organismes, b) enrichissement de l'acide aminé L dans le milieu ou dans les cellules bactériennes et c) isolement de l'acide aminé L.
