Des modules mémoires (221, 222, 270), constitués par montage d'une pluralité de puces mémoires (15) sur des substrats mémoires (21, 22, 70, 63, 65), sont installés sur une surface d'un substrat de base (10). De plus, des microcircuits intégrés (13, 14, 60), conçus pour commander le fonctionnement desdites puces mémoires, sont montés sur l'autre surface du substrat de base, tous les composants étant logés dans un boîtier (30, 31).
