(EN)The invention discloses a new polypeptide-human DNA-dependent RNA polymerase AC40 subunit inhibitor 9.13, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as fetation abnormality, tumor, and protein metabolism disorder disease. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses. In addition, it refers to the use of said polynucleotide encoding this new human DNA-dependent RNA polymerase AC40 subunit inhibitor 9.13.
(FR)L'invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide, un inhibiteur humain 9.13 de la sous-unité AC40 d'ARN-polymérase ADN-dépendante, et un polynucléotide codant ce polypeptide ainsi qu'un procédé d'obtention de ce polypeptide par des techniques recombinantes d'ADN. L'invention concerne en outre les applications de ce polypeptide dans le traitement de maladies, notamment de malformations surgissant lors du développement de l'embryon, de tumeurs et de maladies associées aux troubles du métabolisme des protéines.
