(EN)A process for efficiently producing an acyl fluoride and a carboxylic acid salt while inhibiting side reactions. R?A¿[OCH(CH¿3?)CH¿2?]¿n?OH (1) is reacted with XCOR?B¿ (2) to yield an ester compound (3) (R?A¿ and R?B¿ each is a group which upon fluorination becomes perfluoroalkyl; X is halogeno; and n is an integer of 1 to 10). The compound (3) is fluorinated in a liquid phase. The resultant fluoride (4) is decomposed at the ester bond to obtain a perfluoroacyl fluoride (5). This perfluoroacyl fluoride (5) is hydrolyzed and then reacted with ammonia or an alkali metal hydroxide to obtain a carboxylic acid salt (7).
(FR)La présente invention concerne un processus permettant de produire efficacement un fluorure acyle et un sel d'acide carboxylique tout en inhibant les réactions secondaires. On fait réagir R?A ¿[OCH (CH¿3?) CH¿2?]¿n? OH (1) avec XCOR?B¿ (2) de façon à obtenir un composé (3) d'ester (R?A¿ et R?B¿ sont chacun un groupe qui à la fluoration devient perfluoroalkyle, X est halogène et n est un entier compris entre 1 et 10). Ce composé (3) est fluoré en phase liquide. Le fluorure (4) résultant est décomposé à la liaison ester de façon à obtenir un fluorure (5) perfluoroacyle. Ce fluorure perfluoroacyle (5) est hydrolysé et on le fait réagir avec de l'ammoniac ou un hydroxyde métallique alcalin de façon à obtenir un sel (7) d'acide carboxylique.
