Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Ventilsitzkörpers (5) eines Brennstoffeinspritzventils (1) mit Drallnuten (36) in einer Ausnehmung (35) zur Erzeugung eines Dralls, wobei eine Ventilsitzfläche (6) des Ventilsitzkörpers (5) mit einem Ventilschliesskörper (4) des Brennstoffeinspritzventils (1) zu einem Dichtsitz zusammenwirkt und die Ausnehmung (35) als Führung des Ventilschliesskörpers (4) dient, umfasst folgende Verfahrensschritte: Fertigen eines Rohteils des Ventilsitzkörpers (5), Einbringen der Ausnehmung (35), der Ventilsitzfläche (6) und zumindest einer Abspritzöffnung (7) in das Rohteil des Ventilsitzkörpers (5) und Einbringen der Drallnuten (36) in die Ausnehmung (35). Dabei erfolgt das Einbringen der Drallnuten (36) in die Ausnehmung (35) durch einen spanlosen Bearbeitungsschritt.

The invention relates to a method for producing a valve seat body (5) of a fuel injection valve (1) comprising swirl channels (36) that are provided inside a recess (35) for generating swirl. To this end, a valve seating (6) of the valve seat body (5) interacts with a valve closing body (4) of the fuel injection valve (1) in order to form a tight seat, and the recess (35) serves as a guide of the valve closing body (4). The inventive method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a blank of the valve seat body (5); providing the recess (35), the valve seating (6) and at least one spray opening (7) inside the blank of the valve seat body (5) and providing the swirl channels (36) inside the recess (35). A non-cutting processing step is used to provide the swirl channels (36) inside the recess (35).

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un corps de siège (5) de soupape d'injection de carburant (1) à rainures à tourbillon (36) dans une cavité (35) pour produire un tourbillon. Une surface (6) du corps de siège de soupape (5) coopère avec un corps de fermeture de soupape (4) de la soupape d'injection de carburant (1) de manière à former un siège d'étanchéité et la cavité (35) fait office de guide du corps de fermeture de soupape (4). Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : préparer une ébauche de corps de siège de soupape (5) ; aménager la cavité (35), la surface de siège de soupape (6) et au moins une ouverture de pulvérisation (7) dans l'ébauche du corps de siège de soupape (5) et pratiquer les rainures à tourbillon (36) dans la cavité (35).
