Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum induktiven Aufheizen einer vorzugsweisen hülsenförmigen Werkstückpartie (12) eines aus elektrisch leitendem Material bestehenden Werkstücks (10) mit einer die Werkstückpartie an ihrem Umfang zumindest teilweise umfassenden, mit einem hochfrequenten Wechselstrom beaufschlagbaren Spulenanordnung (22). Um auch kompliziert gestaltete, mit Verdickungen versehene Werkstücke aufheizen zu können, wird gemäß der Erfindung eine teilbare Spulenanordnung vorgeschlagen, die mindestens zwei je eine Spule (28', 28'') tragende Spulenkerne (26', 26'') aufweist, deren Polflächen einander über einen Luftspalt hinweg zugewandt sind, wobei die aufzuheizende Werkstückpartie (12) in den Luftspalt (24) zwischen den Polflächen der Spulenkerne einführbar ist.

The invention relates to a device for inductively heating a preferably, sleeve-shaped part (12) of a workpiece (10) consisting of electroconductive material, comprising a coil arrangement (22) which at least partially surrounds the workpiece part on its periphery and which can be subjected to a high-frequency alternating current. The invention aims to enable even workpieces with a complicated structure and with thickened sections to be heated. To this end, the invention provides for a divisible coil arrangement having at least two coil cores (26', 26''), each bearing a coil (28', 28''). The pole surfaces of said coil cores face towards each other over an air gap. The workpiece part (12) to be heated can be introduced into the air gap (24) between the pole surfaces of the coil cores.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant le chauffage par induction d'une partie de pièce à usiner (12) de préférence en forme de gaine, appartenant à une pièce à usiner (10) constituée d'un matériau électriquement conducteur, ledit dispositif comprenant un système de bobines (22) entourant au moins partiellement la partie de pièce à usiner sur sa périphérie, et étant parcourue par un courant alternatif haute fréquence. Afin de permettre le chauffage même de pièces à usiner de forme compliquée, comportant des parties plus épaisses, l'invention fait intervenir un système de bobines séparable qui présente au moins deux noyaux de bobine (26', 26'') portant chacun une bobine (28', 28'') et dont les surfaces polaires sont mutuellement opposées en étant séparées par un entrefer, la partie de pièce à usiner à chauffer (12) pouvant être introduite dans l'entrefer (24) entre les surfaces polaires des noyaux de bobine.
