Die Erfindung betrifft biologisch abbaubare Funktionsflüssigkeiten für mechanische Antriebe auf der Basis von Wasser, vorzugsweise für eine Anwendung in Dampfmotoren. Es wird die Aufgabe gelöst, derartige Funktionsflüssigkeiten für eine Anwendung in mechanischen Antrieben, besonders für die hydrodynamische Schmierung von Gleitlagern, vorzugsweise für Kurbelwellen von Heißdampfmotoren, mit üblichem, nicht überpräzisem Lagerspiel geeignet, zu schaffen. Sie sollen in geschlossenen Triebwerkssystem auch bei Sumpftemperaturen von höher als 120 °C, z. B. in der Schmierstoffwanne unter einen Kurbeltrieb, anwendbar sein und auf Wasser basieren oder mit Wasser verdünnbar sein. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch einen prozentual geringen Zusatz von Polyasparaginsäure zu Wasser bzw. zu Wasser-Glykol-Mischungen erreicht, wobei vorzugsweise Polyasparaginsäure mit einer molaren Masse von 1.000 bis 10.000 g/mol angewandt wird.

The invention relates to a water-based biodegradable functional liquid for mechanical drives, preferably for use in steam engines. The aim of the invention is to create functional liquids for use in mechanical drives, particularly for hydrodynamically lubricating plain bearings, preferably for crankshafts of superheated steam engines having customary non-overly precise bearing play. The inventive liquids should be able to be used in closed power pack systems also in the existence of sump temperatures exceeding 120 °C, e.g. in the lubricant pan located under a crank drive and be water-based or able to be diluted with water. According to the invention, this is achieved by a percentually low addition of polyaspartic acid to water or to water-glycol mixtures, whereby polyaspartic acid having a molar mass ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 g/mol is preferably used.

L'invention concerne un liquide fonctionnel biodégradable pour des entraînements mécaniques, à base d'eau, s'utilisant de préférence dans des moteurs à vapeur. L'invention vise à mettre au point des liquides fonctionnels de ce type, en vue d'une utilisation dans des entraînements mécaniques, adaptés notamment à la lubrification hydrodynamique de paliers lisses, de préférence pour des vilebrequins de moteurs à vapeur chaude, avec le jeu de palier habituel, non hyperprécis. Ces liquides fonctionnels doivent pouvoir s'utiliser dans des systèmes motopropulseurs fermés, y compris à des températures de carter inférieur supérieures à 120 °C, par ex. dans la cuvette-carter de lubrifiant en dessous d'une transmission à manivelle, et être à base d'eau ou pouvoir est dilués dans de l'eau. A cet effet, il est prévu selon l'invention d'ajouter à l'eau ou à des mélanges eau-glycol, une quantité réduite en termes de pourcentage d'acide polyaspartique, en utilisant de préférence de l'acide polyaspartique d'une masse molaire dépassant 1.000 à 10.000 g/mole.
