The present invention provides an apparatus and a method which use hydroforming to shape complex structures (200, 201) from materials such as sheet metal or composites. In particular, an apparatus and a method for shaping complex structures using composites such as continuous-fiber or woven fiber composites with limited wrinkling or rupture of the composite during the shaping process.

Cette invention a trait à un appareil, ainsi qu'au procédé correspondant, utilisant une technique d'hydroformage pour donner forme à des structures complexes (200, 201) et ce, à partir de matériaux tels que des tôles métalliques ou des composites.
