Abstract
(EN)
A radiation therapy planning uses a beam commissioning (2.2) and Monte Carlo dose calculation (2.9). The dose is both measured at several points within an exposed phantom, and calculated using Monte Carlo simulation (2.9). The source model (2.3) is modified to make the simulated dose match the measured dose. Once the source is modelled, radiation therapy is simulated using models of the source (2.3), beam modifiers (2.5), and target material (2.5).

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de planification de radiothérapie (RTP) qui utilise la mise en service de faisceaux (2.2) et le calcul de doses de Monte-Carlo (2.9). La dose est à la fois mesurée en plusieurs points dans un fantôme exposé et calculée à l'aide d'une simulation de Monte-Carlo (2.9). Le modèle source (2.3) est modifié pour rendre la dose simulée appariée à la dose mesurée. Une fois que la source est modélisée, la radiothérapie est simulée à l'aide de modèles de la source (2.3), de modificateurs de faisceaux (2.5) et de substances cibles (2.5).
