Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for testing, controlling and regulating a switching device with contact parts, to a switching device and to a computer program therefore. The switching device comprises an electric motor (6) and a mechanical coupling device (41) for transforming motion from the electric motor to one of the contact parts (4, 5). Position, speed and/or acceleration of the contact part during operation are controlled during operation. By means of a control unit (43), the operation of the switching device is adaptively controlled in real-time. Storage means (70) are provided and contain information on measurements, events and failures in the switching device and include operation parameters. In the logs, information regarding self-diagnostic tests of the switching device can be stored as well.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de tester, de commander et de réguler un dispositif de commutation avec des pièces de contact. L'invention a aussi pour objet un dispositif de commutation et un programme informatique pour ce dernier. Ce dispositif de commutation comprend un moteur électrique (6) et un dispositif de couplage mécanique (41) pour transformer un mouvement provenant du moteur électrique en un mouvement des pièces en contact (4, 5). La position, la vitesse et/ou l'accélération de la pièce en contact pendant le fonctionnement sont contrôlées pendant ce même fonctionnement. Le fonctionnement du dispositif de commutation est contrôlé de manière adaptative en temps réel au moyen d'une unité de commande (43). Des moyens de mémorisation (70) sont prévus qui contiennent des informations relatives aux mesures, aux événements et aux défaillances du dispositif de commutation et comprennent des paramètres de fonctionnement. Dans les journaux, il est possible de stocker des informations concernant des tests d'auto-diagnostic du dispositif de commutation.
