Ein Abgasrückführventil (1) für Verbrennungsmotoren weist eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (7) mit einem durch einen Ventilschaft (8) gebildeten Stellorgan auf. Mit dem Stellorgan (8) ist ein elektromotorisch angetriebener Schraubantrieb (9) zum Positionieren des Stellorgans über einem langen Weg bei geringer Verstellkraft und ein mit dem Stellorgan verbundener, elektrischer Hubaktuator (10) mit kurzem Verstellweg und grosser Verstellkraft verbunden. Diese Aktuatoren (9, 10) können entsprechend den unterschiedlichen Anforderungen hinsichtlich des Arbeitsbedarfs dimensioniert werden. Je nach Kraftbedarf im Verlaufe des Ventil-Verstellweges kann für hohe Öffnungskräfte der Hubaktuator (10) mit grosser Verstellkraft und kleinem Weg und für eine exakte Verstell- und Positionierbewegung über einen langen Hubweg der Schraubantrieb (9) eingesetzt werden.

The invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation valve (1) for a combustion engine comprising an actuating device (7) with a control unit formed by a valve shaft (8). An electric-motor driven screw drive mechanism (9) is connected to the control unit (8) for positioning the control unit over a long path with a reduced adjusting force, in addition to an electrical lift actuator (10) with a small adjustment path and a large adjusting force. Said actuators (9, 10) can be dimensioned according to the different operational requirements. According to the force required in the valve adjustment path, the lift actuator can be used with a high adjusting force and a short path for high opening forces and the screw drive mechanism (9) can be used for an exact positioning movement over a long lift path (10).

La présente invention concerne une soupape de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (1) destinée à des moteurs thermiques, présentant un dispositif d'actionnement (7) comprenant un organe de commande formé par une tige de soupape (8). A l'organe de commande (8) est relié un mécanisme d'entraînement à vis électromoteur (9) permettant le positionnement de l'organe de commande sur une course de longueur importante, pour une force de réglage limitée, ainsi qu'un élément électrique d'actionnement de levée (10), relié à l'organe de commande, avec une course de réglage limitée et une force de réglage élevée. Ces éléments d'actionnement (9, 10) peuvent être dimensionnés en fonction des diverses exigences de fonctionnement. Selon la force requise au cours de la course de réglage de la soupape, l'élément d'actionnement (10) peut être utilisé pour des forces d'ouvertures élevées, avec une force de réglage élevée et une course limitée, et le mécanisme d'entraînement à vis (9) peut être utilisé pour un mouvement de réglage et de positionnement exact sur une course importante.
