Microfluidic devices with improved channel and reservoir configurations are provided. More specifically, efficient microfluidic devices for the performance of temperature mediated reactions are provided. These reactions can be performed in an ease of use and efficient manner so as to enable high through put of multiple samples. Methods for performing temperature mediated reactions using the microfluidic devices with improved channel and reservoir configurations have also been provided.

L'invention concerne des dispositifs microfluidiques comprenant des canaux et des réservoirs qui présentent des configurations améliorées, et de manière plus spécifique des dispositifs microfluidiques efficaces permettant la mise en oeuvre de réactions dépendant de la température. Ces réactions peuvent être mises en oeuvre d'une façon aisée et efficace, de manière à permettre le traitement d'échantillons multiples avec un débit élevé. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés permettant la mise en oeuvre de réactions dépendant de la température, comprenant l'utilisation de ces dispositifs microfluidiques présentant des canaux et des réservoirs à configuration améliorée.
